Exchange & Return Policy

When you purchase products from LUXX LEDs  official site, you agree to our policy about returns, exchanges, and refunds as outlined. More details please check out our policy below .

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed with in 30 days after receiving items 
  • Please allow 1 to 7 business days to receive the refund on your credit card statement.
  • We do not refund the shipping fee.
  • For warranty returns passed the 30  days are not allowed .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Receive refund or replacement (Once the return items are received/ on its way back to the merchant your refund/ replacement will be shipped within 2 business days)
  • NOTE: Our refund does not cover installation cost, labor cost, diagnostics tracking service, or any other expense unrelated to the product.
